For our Client, provider of business process outsourcing, we are currently looking for Accounts Payable Manager.The role will be based in Ireland but there is a possibility it will transfer back to Poland after 18 months.

Nasze wymagania:

"Degree in accounting/finance or similar field
"Experience in a similar role in an international company, preferably in the BPO business model and Shared Services operations
"Excellent knowledge of the accounts payable process
"Experience of working with ERP system
"Excellent English
"Very good people management and communication skills
"Customer-oriented approach
"Analytical approach / good problem solving skills

Oferujemy:

Responsibilities:
"Manage and lead the Accounts Payable function for our Client which handles multiple client contracts on a number of client systems.
"Manage work allocation and the performance appraisal process for all Accounts Payable employees.
"Ensure a very high standard of customer service in line with agreed Service Level Agreements. This will include strong communication with each customer.
"Complete and review agreed Accounts Payable metrics periodically for each contract.
"Liaise with Contract Managers to resolve outstanding issues.
"Work closely with the BPO Project team on new project implementation and with the BPO Innovation team to constantly review and improve business processes in this area.
